Dr.
Robert Weiner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of
Veterinary Medicine in 1980. He is a second-generation veterinarian who
became a Rockland County transplant from Wilmington, Delaware in 1981
when he joined County Animal Hospital. Dr. Weiner became a Diplomate of
the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in 1988 with certification
in canine and feline medicine and surgery. His special interests include
diagnostic ultrasonography, endoscopy and avian medicine and surgery.
Dr. Weiner and his wife Ronna have 4 children: Marc, Eric, Lara and Scott.
Other family members include Bonnie, a Keeshond (Chairdog of the annual

Dr. Laurie Hess, D.V.M.
Dr. Laurie Hess is only one of approximately 100 veterinarians in the world board-certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Avian Medicine.
As a specialist in bird medicine and surgery, Dr. Hess sees solely birds and other exotic pets, such as rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, hedge hogs, smaller rodents (mice, rats, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils), prairie dogs and reptiles.

Marsha is the bookkeeper and office manager at CAH. She is our computer administrator extrodanaire. Lacy, her dog keeps her busy at home.

Noelle is a lisensed veterinary technician. She graduated from SUNY Delhi. Noelle worked at County Animal Hospital as an assistant since she was in high school. She has two dogs named Samson & Delila.
